All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and have a deposit hold of $500.
GulfPoint Condominiums Wristbands Policy & Fees:
Valid, current wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on GulfPoint property. This applies to everyone on
the premises (except children 5 years and under) and includes all owners, their family members, friends, all renters, guests,
contractors, and vendors.
This policy is strictly enforced; GulfPoint security and other staff will closely monitor compliance. Wristbands are required
and must be worn for access to all amenities - pool, gym, game room, basketball court, soccer field, tennis and pickleball
courts, barbecue grills and garage parking. Owners that live on property full-time are exempt but should wear a wristband
when using the aforementioned amenities.
Renters and their guests must purchase wristbands. Owners cannot give their free wristbands to renters (failure to
comply is subject to fines). Owner wristbands are different colors than renters. Owners and their guests, and all renters
and their guests must come to the office to obtain / purchase wristbands, and obtain parking passes (limits apply based on
unit size).
Wristband colors are changed out weekly to ensure compliance. Wristbands are provided at no cost to owners (for the
owner, family, friends, and their guests use only - not renters).
Note: Per HOA policy of June 5, 2023 - wristbands and parking passes will no longer be issued to any owner (or an owner's
guests, occupants, renters, family members or renters) if that owner is 45 days past due / delinquent in the payment of
HOA dues and/or assessments (including fines and other charges).
Wristband Fees:
✓ $10.00 per person per stay. Children 5 and under free.
✓ $20.00 per person per stay from June 1 through the 3rd week of July.
✓ $20.00 per person per stay during these holiday weekends (Friday through Monday):

Wristbands maximum allocation per unit type:
One bedroom – 6 wristbands; Two bedroom – 8 wristbands; Three bedrooms – 10 wristbands

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $133.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $133.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Ask about weekly/monthly pricing in off season and select dates in March, April and May, September-February!
