Minimum age to book is 25! NEWLY REMODELED! 3bed/2Ba house with a private pool & yard - LESS THAN 1 BLOCK FROM BEACH, sleeps 10! Enjoy this super clean house with a stylish retro beach design, fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/blender etc and ready to enjoy friends and family with an open concept counter. There is access to the Washer and Dryer downstairs, an outdoor shower for quick rinses of you and your gear, as well as a Charcol Gill outside to cook a delisious dinner after a full day in the sun.
Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the third has two bunkbeds (4 single beds) - great for a kids bunk room! There is also a pull out couch in the living room! Enjoy the spiral staircase to the 2nd level! Pool and Jacuzzi may be heated and turned on for charge of $25 per day This is NOT included in the booking price. Must BOOK TO GET CODE to access heating system

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and have a deposit hold of $500

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
