Our home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

*Please note upon check in there is a $80 resort fee due to Long Island Village. Boat trailer parking is limited, if you plan on bringing a boat, please contact the Long Island Village Welcome Center to reserve a spot.*

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
