Why families Will Love this Condo Too! This is the perfect condo for a family that features 2bd/2ba and a sleeper couch. Each bedroom features a queen bed, and the sleeper sofa is also a queen. More importantly, the in unit washer/dryer. We have a high chair and pack in play for kids. So, you're covered when it comes to laundry, because we know for families that is a must. The unit is ocean facing and you can see the waves from the balcony. Beach access is across the street. Less than a 1 min walk. You will be fully equipped for an amazing beach getaway with the family. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to cook family meals and enjoy a few glasses of wine on the balcony. We don't want the kids to get bored either, so we have games and also all of the supplies for a fun day at the beach or pool. (Chairs, beach blankets, boogie boards, pool toys/noodles, umbrella). We've left a binder with all of our local recommendations as well. We take pride in the cleanliness of our unit. It is deep cleaned every time a guest checks out. We have additional linens available in the unit for you and plenty of bath and beach towels as well. In addition, we have all of the amenities you would find at a hotel plus more. And we left doggy bags to clean up after your furry friend if you decide to bring Fido along.

As property managers, we care about your stay. We live locally, so you can reach us at any time day or night if any concerns arise. We are just a phone call away. We want this to be a stress free time for you to enjoy the island!

Dogs-
1) Limit of 1 large dog under 100 lbs. Or 2 dogs under 50 lbs each. Must be trained and non aggressive.
2)Dogs must not be left unattended in the condo unless they are crated. This is for their safety and protection of the condo.
3) Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the condo and are not allowed in the pool area.
4) Renter is responsible for taking their dog out and cleaning up pet waste. There is doggy bags provided in the unit and also on the west side of the building.
5) HOA does not permit excessive barking. As a responsible dog owner, do not bring your dog(s) if they are excessive barkers or there is a chance of being evicted from the unit before the end of the stay and also losing the damage deposit (will be used to pay any fines incurred from HOA)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
